As the default situation across the country continues to worsen, real estate professionals and investors have been calling upon me to assist them for one on one coaching. In response I have decided to take on the responsibility of helping you help the families in your communities who are facing foreclosure.
All of my coaching students speak to directly to me. I feel that it is important that the questions you ask are answered based upon my knowledge and experience. I don’t ever want to risk any misinterpretation of the procedures that I have been using and continue to develop as the short sale world changes.
I discontinued a recorded program I created because of the fluid nature of short sale transactions and the constant changes now taking place. Pricing & Scheduling Information:
Platinum Professional plan
5 months(2 hr/mnt) or 10 hour commitment for $2000
Gold Professional Plan
3 months(2 hrs/mnt) or 6 hour commitment 2 hours/month minimum $1400
Silver Plan
One on one coaching is billed at $275/hour. Most coaching is done via telephone (Call for in person pricing) and each call lasts a maximum of 30 minutes.
Platinum and Gold Professionals will also receive special discounts on Foreclosure Guard software: the premium short sale and loan modification software solution.
All coaching clients will receive personal coaching from Phil Tesoriero.
On site and group pricing is available.
Phil is also available to speak at your next office meet and travels across the nation.
