Phil Tesoriero has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1989. When he first entered the real estate industry, Phil’s main source of business came from rehabbing REO’s and distressed properties as an investor and contractor. In 2002, after years of working as a sales agent specializing in the sale of HUD and REO properties, Phil decided it was time to open his own real estate brokerage. The company grew very quickly, with Phil managing over forty agents. Even as the retail market experienced tremendous growth in the years that followed, Phil still worked the default markets as a specialty. In late 2006, Phil decided to sell his company and open a new firm that specialized in default real estate sales.

With his assistance, these companies have been able to close more deals.
